On Saturday night at Nehru Kridangana Dr Raj Cup – VRL sponsored and Karnataka Film Directors Association organized T 20 cricket tournament was inaugurated by Moorusaviramath Swamiji Sri Gurusiddha Rajayogindra Swamiji and blessed the three days event starting from Sunday morning.

The sports and Cinema are part of the culture and tradition. In the name of Dr Rajakumar such an event taking place at Hubli is a happy occasion mentioned the Swamiji.

This occasion is looking like festival atmosphere stated the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj minister Jagadish Shettar. In the commercial capital Hubli the Kannada cinema industry coming here is a grand occasion he said. The purpose of this Dr Raj Cup is to show the strength informed Karnataka film directors association President MS Ramesh. We have plans to take up this event in every district of Karnataka added Ramesh.
